Important Information

!

Submitting an application does not automatically mean your name is added to the electoral roll — verification, and in some cases field-level verification, may be required.

!

If you already have a Voter ID and need correction, address change, replacement or constituency shift, use the relevant service instead of applying as a new voter.

!

Never share your OTP or password with anyone claiming to be an election official, and avoid unofficial websites or paid 'instant Voter ID' offers.

!

Do not submit multiple new-voter applications — use the application-status facility to track an existing application instead.
